This one really came out much better looking, I thought. I ground the nuts for much longer, but I still wasn't able to get a super-smooth dough like I wanted. I was afraid it would turn into a paste.
Anyway, I cut the butter down by 2 tablespoons (rare for me to use less butter), used a mix of organic raspberry jam and real berries (for ease), and added some chili powder (my new favorite ingredient) to the crust. I got glowing reviews.
