Here's a cake I invented recently. It's got Key Lime curd in between the layers as a filling. The frosting is white chocolate. It's a pretty delicious cake - tart inside and sweet and creamy outside. Very delicious. I'm proud of this one!

As someone who grew up in South Florida, I have come to loathe all things Key Lime. But I have to admit this cake sounds really good. In fact I think the lime and white chocolate pairing is inspired. I might try something similar myself.
